Sutherland deals Apollo Hospital's outsourcing arm

Sutherland Global Services, Rochester, US-Headquartered, a global provider of business process and technology management services has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Apollo Health Street Limited (AHS), an associate company of Apollo Hospitals Enterprises Limited to acquires Apollo Hospital's outsourcing arm. The transaction is expected to close by February 2013, subject to customary regulatory and other conditions.
The enterprise value of the deal is around Rs 1,000 crore, of which
