Tata Power buys Indonesian coal mine, Baramulti Sukses Sarana
Tata Power Company (Tata Power) has acquired 26% stake in Indonesian coal mine PT Baramulti Sukses Sarana Tbk (BSSR), to ensure fuel security for its upcoming power plants. Tata Power did not disclose the deal size. According to Bloomberg data, shares of BRSS closed at 1,940 Indonesian Rupiah on Thursday on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, down 0.5% from the previous close.
